Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
We inform each guest of our Cancellation Policy and request that if you must cancel an appointment you do so with at least 24 hours notice of your arrival time.  If we are unable to fill your appointment, we reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the service.

We attempt to fill all open appointments.
Those appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice and those cancelled with less notice that we are able to fill with a service of equal value, will not be assessed a charge.  Those cancellations (with less than 24 hour notice) that are filled with a lesser value service will only be charged the difference between the original and rebooked service(s).

Please be On-Time.
We request that guests show up at Serene Spa 10 minutes before their scheduled treatment.  All your patrons deserve a pleasurable experience, so we make every attempt to get each person into their treatments on time so that the guests coming after them may enjoy their treatments on time.If you show-up late:
and there is an appointment scheduled after yours, your treatment will be shortened by the equivalent amount of time you were late. If there is not sufficient time to conduct your treatment properly, your appointment will be deemed cancelled. In either case, you will be charged for the full amount of the service.

Waiting List
If the Spa is fully booked on a day that you wish to visit, please ask to be placed on our Wait List so that we may call you should an appointment become available.
Multiple Services We request that guests prepay for multiple services.  Services We serve clients seeking therapeutic and medical massages. We will not engage in illegal or unethical practices or activities.  Massages at Serene Spa are non-sexual.  For the Comfort of our Guests We ask that our clients observe the following for the comfort of all our guests: No cell phones No smoking No children  Gratuity Gratuity is not automatically added to your services.  If you wish to leave a gratuity most guests leave 10% to 20%.  Our service staff truly appreciates your thanking them in this way.
